Our Story

 

Meet Jenny & Lisa, we are sisters, best friends and co-founders of LivLe Loungewear. 

Growing up in a first-generation Canadian immigrant family, my older sister Lisa and I learned the value of family from a young age. We were raised by hardworking parents who instilled in us the importance of support and unity. 

As we grew older, Lisa pursued a career as a Pharmacist, while I followed my passion and became an Optometrist. Recently, we decided to combine our healthcare expertise and love for fashion to create a clothing company.

The inspiration for our clothing company blossomed from my long-held dream of having a daughter to share matching outfits with. Since I was young, I have adored the idea of matching outfits with my loved ones. This passion accompanied me throughout high school when my best friend Becky and I spent a whole week coordinating our ensembles. As time went on, I found joy in matching pieces with my now-husband, cherishing the shared connection through fashion. When I became a mother, the desire to match outfits with my daughter intensified, as it symbolized our bond and created beautiful memories. Thus, the idea for our clothing company was born—a heartfelt endeavour to offer safe, stylish, and coordinating garments, allowing parents and their children to express their love and togetherness through the art of matching. This deep devotion became the driving force behind our company, where we blend our healthcare expertise and passion for fashion to provide comforting, secure, and beautifully coordinated outfits for parents and their children.

Our commitment to family is evident in our close relationship with each other and our dedication to our own families. We understand the small but meaningful importance of matching outfits and coordinating looks as a fun and memorable way to strengthen familial bonds. Our hope is to use our knowledge and expertise to provide families with the highest quality clothing while emphasizing style and classic silhouettes.
